It has been 5 months and so far... Sofea is still exclusively breastfed, Alhamdulillah.
Everyday while i'm at work, Sofea will consume on average 3 bottles x 3.5oz = 10.5oz of ebm. Sometimes can reach up to 12oz. Feeding time is at 11am, 2pm and 5pm. So kena make sure setiap pagi ada 4 botol bekalan ebm di rumah babysitter.
Milk production-wise; kadang2 membahagiakan dan kadang2 mengecewakan. Semalam adalah puncak kebahagiaan; sekali pam dapat 8oz, let down reflex 2 kali, wow! Rasa nak melompat2 kegumbiraan dan menghebahkan pada dunia... hehe! Dua hari sebelum tu pulak dapat sikit sangat, rasa nak menangis. i mmg emo, i tau. So bila campur tolak, cukup2 la untuk bekalan Sofea.
Everyday i'll express twice, tghari & petang. Kalau outstation atau meeting akan pam dalam kereta, then simpan dlm cooler. Ptg tadi x sempat, ingat nak pam kat rumah tapi tertinggal plak breastshieldnye kat ofis. Rugi 4oz, demn. On weekends and holidays, i'll try to pump once in the morning. Dapat sebotol sehari pun dah cukup untuk buat stok.
Frozen ebm dalam fridge ada dalam 10 bekas lagi. Very critical, i know. But it's only 27 days to go before Sofea turns 6 months. By then she can already take solid food. So hold on... i know i can do this.
My initial goal to exclusively breastfeed sofea for 6 months - status: ALMOST accomplish. Next mission - to continue breastfeeding until she turns 2 years old, InsyaAllah :)

you go girl! i was very unlucky coz anak haku refuse ebm when he was 5 months old....sebab dah sedap minum FM....huhuhu

Noori: Dah 6kg plus tapi tak sure exact weight berapa. Badan dia kecik je tapi debab, peha besar mcm beyonce, hehe

Fatih: Suatu ketika dahulu time stok ebm bertimbun2, akak selalu skip pumping session... skrg busy camane pun mesti akan pam jugak. Surviving mode :p
